Once a replacement/refund request has been raised, we will arrange for a pick-up of the purchased product(s) through our logistics partners. Once we have received and accessed the product to ensure that the product(s) is unused, returned in the same condition as received, in its original packing along with the tags intact, your replacement product(s) will be dispatched within 3-4 business days for products in stock. However, please note that replacements are subject to availability of stock. In case a replacement is not available, we will fully refund your order value to your account
